Founded in 2004, we are a small licensed and bonded, independently owned escrow company that provides real estate transaction closings throughout the state of Washington. We are not an affiliate of a title company, bank or lending institution, nor are we a real estate broker-owned company. Escrow is our only service!

Governed by the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Washington, our professionals share more than 50 years of combined experience in title, escrow, accounting and mortgage lending. As members of the Escrow Association of Washington, we are knowledgeable and professional, and remain current on changes in the escrow and real estate industries, as well as educational and legislative issues.

Our specific escrow services include the closing of residential purchases, refinances, new construction, acquisition and development, commercial purchases and 1031 exchanges – all offered at competitive rates.We specialize primarily in builder and first-time homebuyer transactions.

With a background in title insurance, mortgage lending and escrow closing, Donna Anderson lends valuable expertise and experience to the services provided by Home Builders Escrow. Having lived and worked in Clark County, Washington, for more than 20 years, she is dedicated to helping homebuyers and builders throughout the local area. Giving unparalleled attention to detail, Donna has held a Limited Practice Officer’s (LPO) license since 1993 and an Escrow Agent’s license since 2004.

Suzanne M. Nolan Escrow Officer, Limited Practice Officer Contact Sue

Suzanne (Sue) Nolan has been part of the Home Builders Escrow team from the beginning. With more than 15 years experience in mortgage lending, Sue has extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional and new construction financing. She earned her Limited Practice Officer (LPO) license in 2006 and has lived in Vancouver, Washington, with her husband and two children since 1987.
